Ordering
What’s the minimum order?
Minimum order is just 12 pieces on every style and material.
Is there a maximum order size?
No. We produce national programs into the tens of thousands, with better pricing at volume.
Can I order a sample before a full run?
Yes. We can provide a pre-production sample so you can confirm material, fit, and decoration before committing to the full quantity.
Can I mix materials or styles in one order?
Yes. Combine, say, non-woven everyday bags and velvet reserve pouches to reach volume pricing across a tiered program.
Can I reorder and match my last batch?
Yes. We keep your artwork and specs on file so reorders match exactly and skip most setup.
Design & Artwork
Do you charge for mockups?
No. Mockups are free with unlimited revisions until you approve. We only charge once the design is signed off.
What artwork files do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) are ideal. If you only have a logo, our designers build print- or stitch-ready artwork for you.
Can you individually personalize each bag?
Yes. Send a spreadsheet of names or dates and we can personalize each bag — popular for weddings and events.
Can you match my brand (Pantone) colors?
Yes. We support Pantone/spot color matching and custom bag dyeing on larger runs.
How many revisions do I get?
Unlimited, and always free, until you’re ready to approve.
Decoration & Materials
What decoration methods do you offer?
Screen printing for crisp flat logos, full-color heat transfer for photographic artwork, and embroidery for a premium tactile mark.
Which material should I choose?
Canvas for premium reusable totes, jute for a rustic eco look, non-woven for affordable volume, and velvet or satin for luxury gift presentation. We’ll advise based on your use.
Are the bags reusable?
Yes. Canvas, jute, and velvet bags are durable and reusable; non-woven bags are water-resistant and reusable too.
Do you offer eco-friendly options?
Yes. Jute, organic cotton, and recycled-content non-woven options are available for a credible sustainability story.
Production & Shipping
How long does production take?
About 2 weeks from approved mockup for most orders. For dated events, start four to six weeks ahead to allow for revisions and shipping.
Do you offer rush production?
Yes. Rush is available for firm deadlines — tell us your date and we’ll confirm what’s possible.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
If an order arrives defective or doesn’t match your approved mockup, we remake or replace the affected units at no cost. See our Return Policy.

How much do custom wine bags cost?
Pricing is by quote and depends on material, capacity, decoration, and quantity — request a quote and we’ll price your exact spec.
Why don’t you list exact prices?
Because the accurate number depends on your exact specs and volume. A quick quote gives you a real, itemized price.
What payment methods do you accept?
